Youth
Confirmation Classes are available for students from 6th-9th grade. Youth Group activities are geared toward 9th-12th grade students.
LWML – Lutheran Women’s Missionary League
LWML meets the fourth Tuesday of the month. This ministry encourages and equips women to live out their Christian lives by actively supporting both local and global missions.
Stephen Ministries
Shepherd has trained Stephen Ministers that provide one-to-one Christian care to people who are hurting. Whether it is coping with an illness, loss of job, grief, or another situation that you struggle with, a Stephen Minister can help you through it. All information is kept confidential.
Music Ministry
Shepherd’s Choir practices the two Wednesdays before the 3rd Sunday of the month. We sing at both services on the 3rd Sunday.
Praise Team sings contemporary worship songs during the 10:30 AM Sunday service. Practices are held on Mondays at 5:30 PM and Sunday at 9:15 AM.
Adult Bible Studies
Adult Bible Study meets Sundays at 9:20 AM in the Conference Room.
Bible Coffee Hour meets Thursdays at 9:30 AM in the Conference Room.
Parish Life
Parish Life organizes and sponsors monthly events that promote connection and fellowship at Shepherd. Events include such things as the church picnic, Christmas Festival Dinner, cook-offs and outings. Parish Life, where fun and fellowship begin!
Shepherd’s Care
Shepherd’s Care is our Christian Child Care Center that provides a loving and caring environment for infants to preschoolers. Our staff gently guides the children as they grow and helps them learn about Jesus by celebrating the wonder of God’s love for us. To learn more about our Childcare center, check out their website.
