Ministries & Groups

Shepherds Care Childcare supports families with young children by building strong bonds of friendship, gently guiding the children as they grow, and helping them learn about Jesus by celebrating the wonder of God’s love for us.

For the 2023-2024 year, Sunday School kicks off on September 10!

Classes will be held every other Sunday at 9:15 AM.

Overseen by our Youth Board, this ministry provides opportunities for students in middle and high school to build relationships, learn, and have fun all while growing in their faith.

Our Praise Team leads worship at our Modern Worship services and assists at the Blended Worship services in the Summers. We rehearse on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM and on Sunday mornings before worship.

Shepherd’s Choir sings at both services on the Third Sunday of each month from September through May. We rehearse the two Wednesdays before the Third Sunday.

As Lutheran Women in Mission, we joyfully proclaim Christ, support
missions, and equip women to honor God by serving others. Our LWML Society meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday and welcomes all women to participate in gatherings and events as they are able!

Shepherd has trained Stephen Ministers that provide one-to-one Christian care to people who are hurting. Whether it is coping with an illness, loss of job, grief, or another situation that you struggle with, a Stephen Minister can help you through it. All information is kept confidential.

Presently, we offer two Bible Study times each week.

Sunday: Education Hour – Adult Bible Study
10:15 AM in the Fellowship Hall

Thursday: Bible Coffee Hour
9:30 AM in the Conference Room
